Ronnie D. Patterson, CCEMT-P
President and CEO
Ronnie is a native and life-long resident
of the Knox County area. He brings over thirty five (35) years of EMS experience including seventeen (17) years as the Knox
County EMS Coordinator. He is a Tennessee Licensed EMT-Critical Care Paramedic and Instructor/Coordinator as well as a
TN EMS authorized First Responder Instructor. He serves on several EMS and community-related Boards and committees,
and is well-known and well-respected in Emergency Medical Services. Ronnie has been a member in good standing with the
Knoxville Volunteer Emergency Rescue Squad since 1982, including serving on the Board of Directors. He currently serves as
General Manager and Director of Operations for the second-largest Class A Licensed private ambulance service
in Tennessee. Ronnie's many assets and life experiences provide unparalleled leadership in Benchmark's operations
as well as business growth and development.

John S. Holloway, MBA, FF/NREMT-P
Vice President and CFO
John moved to Tennessee from Indianola/Cleveland,
Mississippi in February 1989 to become the Director of Development for a non-profit association, after graduating from Delta
State University May 1988 with a Bachelor of Business Administration - Marketing Degree. In February 2001 he earned a
Master of Business Administration from Columbia Southern University. Active on local and state committees and boards,
he has served in varied capacities in the healthcare industry including coordination responsibilities for large
scale events and public venues. John is authorized by the state as an EMT-Paramedic and Instructor/Coordinator
and has been actively involved in medical and safety education, training, and evaluation for over 20 years. John
took early retirement in April 2008 from the Memphis Fire Department as a Fire Lieutenant assigned to the Training
Division. Some of his many duties and responsibilities included: design, development, delivery, supervision, management,
and evaluation of initial and on-going EMS, Fire, Safety, and Professional Development provider and instructor programs.
John's strengths in education, human resources, and community relations are a value added asset to the organization.

Jessica Holloway, PA-C, RN/BSN, CEN, NREMT-B
Associate Medical Director
Jessica a native of Memphis,
Tennessee earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN/BSN) with honors from the University of Memphis. She is a Tennessee
Licensed EMT-IV, NREMT-B, and graduated from the Physician Assistant Program (PA) at Bethel College, with a Master of
Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Jessica's experiences include working as an emergency department nurse at a tertiary
care hospital treating over 55,000 patients annually, working with 17 physicians in a large Cardiovascular Clinic,
and caring for pediatric patients at LeBonheur Children's Medical Center Intensive Care Unit. Currently,
Jessica works as a Physician Assistant in the Emergency Department of a Comprehensive Pediatric Hospital with 65,000 annual
visits. Her education, training, background, and experience is certainly beneficial to the medical oversight operations
of the organization. Benchmark Medical Services utilizes Jessica as the Associate Medical Director, instructional
staff, employee health services, web master, and the continuous quality improvement program.
